This is a review of Public Flash. This is a fetish website about flashing and nudity in public places. You can stream free trailers online on their tour page. You can also see various descriptions to see what the site's about. There are two membership options including a 30 day membership and a 60 day membership an dyou can pay by credit card and by check. You're allowed to choose your own username and password.
This website uses Epoch as their merchant. At the bottom of the signup page, there's a couple checkboxes that worry the reviewer. If you leave them checked, you'll get charged for $24.98 per month, with some other hidden fees. So uncheck those boxes if you don't want to get charged additional fees. EPOCH is the merchant that allows you purchase a membership. It's one of the largest payment providers on the internet and is completely secure, as they don't sell your credit card information or give away your email address.
This reviewer purchased a one-month membership with a credit card. Toward the bottom, there's a checkbox that wants to sign you up for additional content at an extra charge. Uncheck that box if you don't want to be charged additionally and don't sign up for a trial membership. Stay away from this special offer that isn't really special.
After a successful login, you get a username and password. At the members area, there are lots of advertisements on this site. You can browse the flashers by seeing all the models. You an see all the movies on one section, and it says there are 1822 clips and 166 scenes.
If you click on a scene, you can see all the information about viewing it. You can download in WMV format and see images from the thumbnails. The videos are broken up into clips. The site seems to update pretty frequently. The site stays on theme and you'll get what you paid for and it's consistent in all the videos. There are 9 pages of photo galleries and you can rate them.
The quality of the images isn't all that clear. It looks like someone took on a non-resolution camera. The images are a little blurry and not that sharp. If you want to keep the images, you have to save them one by one onto your computer and you can't download them all in a single ZIP file.
All the videos on the site feature the 33 on the website. If you click on the model's name, it tells you what videos they've appeared in. The models have a rating as well. The "Videos On Demand" wants you to buy minutes, which is an advertisement on the website.
