The billing site is run by CCBill.com, which is a pretty safe site to use, and very well known. They have an offer for a trial subscription, which is not normally worth paying for.

On their front page you can see their latest videos. These get something new added about once a week. Videos are cut into approximately 3 minute pieces, or you can watch the entire thing at once. You can watch it streaming, and it loads very quickly. You can also download them, and the download speed is faster than nearly any other site the reviewer has ever seen. They give you free access to several other sites. You can see a list of what these sites are on the homepage before you signup. The reviewer highly recommends this site, it has a lot of content, it updates frequently, content is high quality, and download speeds are very good.
